CUSTOM MECHANICAL DESIGN, CONCEPTS & PROTOTYPES
You have the idea. I have twenty-six years of mechanical design, a full electro-mechanical toolchain, and a shop that turns a sketch into a part you can hold.
Most ideas die in the gap between a drawing and a part.
That gap is where I work. Not a agency, not a print farm — one Principal Design Engineer who models it, renders it, prints it, machines it, wires it, flashes the firmware, and hands you something that functions.
Half my clients are individuals with a good idea and no path to hardware. The other half are companies who found me by word of mouth. I have never advertised. The work is the pitch.
HOW I WORK
Height-locked.
3 CH.
RaceCRAFT.
A 3-channel hovering RaceCRAFT platform with altitude hold, built around a custom flight-control stack running dRehmFlight by Nicholas Rhem. 4 Brushless motors carry it, a rear Thrust motor moves it, and a lidar ground sensor closes the altitude loop.

Every part below came out of SolidWorks. Drag to orbit, pull the explode slider, open a callout. This is the same assembly review I run with clients — now it runs in your browser.
AiRACER-01 — the real assembly, straight out of SolidWorks. Toggle a layer, pull the explode, open a callout.
Things that exist because someone asked.
It’s truly remarkable to physically grasp something that once only existed within the confines of your imagination.
DAVE — BEASTMODE DEVELOPMENT
Bring me the hard one.
Every job is quoted case by case — the technology, the approach and the end result decide the number. Tell me what you are trying to build and I will tell you straight whether I am the right shop for it.
